LODGE RENTAL INFORMATION
The Dewey Mountain Lodge rents for $50/hour (with a minimum rental fee of $150 required). Please note that the lodge is not available for rental through the winter skiing season (November - March).
To secure a reservation, a rental contract needs to be completed and 50% of the rental fee will be paid to the Town of Harrietstown by personal check. Before the day of the rental, the balance due along with a $150 security in the form of a personal check will be paid to the Town of Harrietstown. Security deposit will be refunded after the rental space has been inspected and is found to be in the same condition it was prior to rental.

If you choose to offer beer, wine, or cider to your guests, you will be required to apply for a NYS Temporary Beer, Wine, & Cider permit or use a caterer with the appropriate NYS off-premises permit. In both cases, renter must seek Town Board approval prior to the event.
